专利说明:

The invention relates to a snow plow. The invention relates in particular to a snow plow, the structure of which can be modified according to the intended use.
Snow clearing and removal from property yards and walkways must be done with equipment that is best suited for a variety of locations. This causes difficulties in designing and manufacturing snow plows to meet customer-specific needs. Customer needs vary, for example, between the working width of snow plows and other dimensions and other features. Plows to be mounted behind or in front of the implement, plows with adjustable working width, plows with swiveling or fixed blades are required. Frame-driven implements require machines that are suitable for their construction and working methods, etc. Contractors do not find snow plows suitable for different jobs in the manufacturers' offer, which means that they have to acquire more equipment. In this case, the utilization rate of the equipment easily decreases and the costs increase. The present invention provides a snow plow that is structurally modifiable. The snow plow consists of a central frame on which - alternative subassemblies can be mounted with a mechanical joint. A mechanical connection is, for example, a detachable screw connection, a pin connection or a form-fitting connection. In connection with the center frame, in front of the direction of travel, there are first N fastening means in front of the snow plow, with which the snow plow can be fastened behind the implement. The center frame-> 25 also has other fastening means with which the snow plow can be fastened to the implement to the front. Both fastening means are mounted by a detachable mechanical connection, whereby, for example, when fastening a snow plow to the front side of the implement, the first fastening means are not installed at all. At both ends of the central body there are connecting members with which various extensions can be attached to the central body to achieve the desired working width. Alternative subassemblies such as fixed wings, widening wings, pivoting wings and alternative combinations thereof can be attached to the central body or these extensions.
The following are examples of snow plow applications in which the snow plow is secured by other attachment means to pivoting or fixed attachments on either the front or rear of the implement.
1. The center frame alone acts as a dozer blade
2. Middle body with fixed wings, so-called. grabber model
3. Middle frame extended with extensions and fixed wings (grab model)
4. Middle frame with widening fixed wings (grab model)
5. Middle body with widening fixed wings extended by extension pieces (grab model)
6. Middle frame with swivel wings, so-called. grabber model
7. Center frame extended with extensions and swivel wings (grab model)
8. Center frame with widening swivel wings (grab model)
9. Center frame with widening swivel vanes extended with extensions (grab model) The following are examples of snow plow applications in which the snow plow is attached to the swivel or fixed attachments of the implement at the rear of the implement by first attachment means.
10. The center frame alone acts as a dozer blade
11. Central body with fixed wings, so-called. grabber model
12. Center frame extended with extensions and fixed wings (grab model) N 13. Center frame with widening fixed wings (grab model)> 25 14. Center frame with widening fixed wings extended with extensions (grab Model) ia An alternative combination of L is attached to the pivoting attachments of the front boom of the implement by means of other attachment means. This snow plow includes N a central frame with a working width of 2400 mm, 300 mm extension pieces connected to the ends of the central frame and even widening parts with swiveling wings. In this case, the working width of the plow can be adjusted between 3000-4800 mm.
The central frame consists of a curved chest plate corresponding in length to the working width, supported on the back by cut-out support plates. Arranged on the back of the breast plate is a female, casing guide with conductive material on the inner surfaces. The widening wings have an actuator with said female guide (the first end of which is fixed to the central body and the second end of which is fixed to the wing. A front blade body is provided with a strong blade body plate with a plow blade attached to the lower part thereof. there are brackets for the first fastening means on the front and second fastening means for fastening the front of the snow plow on the rear side.
Modern methods have been utilized in the design and manufacture of snow plow structures, in which the parts of the assemblies are manufactured precisely on the basis of 3D files. In this case, it is possible e.g. control the positioning of the parts of the assembly relative to each other by applying form-fitting joints, which requires less other joining methods, such as welding. At the same time, the need for guiding assembly tools such as welding jigs is reduced. Since the joints of the main parts are mechanical joints, such as simple screw joints, it is possible to cost-effectively implement a relatively large number of product variations with a limited number of subassemblies.
The snow plow and its interchangeable subassemblies are light in structure, because the material is placed as cheaply as possible in terms of stresses.
S> 25 The object of the invention is to provide efficient industrial production methods a snow plow that is structurally modifiable. The invention eliminates the drawbacks of the prior art and provides a snow plow which is simple in construction and inexpensive to purchase.
3 S 30 Said advantages are achieved with a snow plow according to the invention, which is characterized by N as defined in the protection requirements. In the following, the invention will be explained in detail by means of some preferred embodiments and with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Figure 3 shows a side view of the snow plow of Figure 1. Figure 4 shows the central frame of a snow plow according to the invention seen from above at an angle. Fig. 5 shows a side view of the central frame of the snow plow of Fig. 4. Figure 6 shows an exploded view of a structure of a snow plow according to the invention seen from above at an angle.
Figure 7 shows an extension of a Snow Plow according to the invention seen from above at an angle.
Figure 8 shows an oblique top view of a structure of a snow plow according to the invention, which structure includes an extension.
Figures 1-8 show a snow plow, which includes e.g. central body 1, widening wings 2, first fastening means 3, second fastening means 4, actuators 5 and extensions 6.
The central frame 1 consists of a curved chest plate 11 with a length corresponding to the working width, which is supported at the rear by form-cut middle support plates 12 and outermost support plates 13. The support plates 13 are located at the ends of the central frame and the support plates 12 at the middle stages of the central frame. The upper part of the support plates has cam-like projections 15 which curve inwards so that the N breast plate 11 bent on the inner surface of the projections forms an upper guide 151 on the breast plate 27 of the widening wing 2. Then> 25 the cam-like upper part 271 of the breast plate 27 fits into this upper guide 151 and slides therein on the slides 272 of the breast plate 27.
> The support plates 12 and 13 are provided with openings 131 for the actuators 5 and their wiring E. Fastening holes 132 are provided in the support plates 13 for the subassemblies to be connected, whereby the support plates 13 act as connecting members S 30 connecting the subassemblies together with connecting members to be mounted in the fastening holes 132, such as screws and N nuts and their securing means. The support plates are provided with a space 142 for forming a guide 14, the surfaces of which space 142 have a breast plate 11 or
with openings 134 for actuator wiring and other devices are provided in the middle support plates.
The middle support plates have fastening means 133 for the first fastening means 3, which fastening means are arranged to extend through the openings 5 in the breast plate 11 to the front of the breast plate.
In front of the chest plate 11 there is a blade body 261, to the bottom of which a plow blade 26 is attached. The body 261 closes the space 142 to form a housing-like guide 14. The body 261 also extends flush with the lower surfaces of the support plates 12 and 13. Snow plow frame reinforcing beam.
The plow blade 26 is secured to the frame plate 261 by a mounting plate 262 or other mounting members.
The body plate 261 also has support guides 263 which support the widening wing 2. Slides 141 are provided on the inner walls of the guide 14. Lower fastening members 416 for the second fastening means 4 are arranged on the outer surface of the guide 14.
At the rear of the central body there are upper fastening members 421 for the second fastening means 4.
Behind the central frame, there are hollow fastening members 43, such as upright tubular beams, for example for support wheels or support legs, or for other auxiliary devices.
The flared wings 2 are fitted to the female guide 14 of the central body 1, whereby the male guide 28 can move in the guide 14 in the axial direction.
The cross section of the guides is best rectangular.
The widening wings include a side plate 21 of the plow positioned vertically and at the same time perpendicular to the breast plate 27.
The guide 28 is connected to the plow side plate 21 at one end.
The cam-like top of the breast plate has sliders 272 adapted to slide in the upper guide 151 of the central N frame. The free end of the breast plate 27 is supported by the end plate 273 and the other end is supported by fitting the cam-like upper part of the breast plate to the side plate 21 in the corresponding part of the opening 211. At the lower part of the side plate there is a plate 23 of flexible material extending to the surface to be plowed, with a thickness of 20-30 mm.
E The plate 23 is fixed to the side plate 21 by a mounting plate 24. The lower part 2 of the breast plate 27 has a plow blade 25. S 30 N The side plate 21 of the plow forms a fixed wing so that said side plate 21 is fixed to the support plate 13 at the end of the central body 1.
The side plate 21 of the plow can be formed as a pivoting blade by hinging it, for example, to the central frame with appropriate hinge members and providing it with an actuator which pivots the side plate 21 around the hinges (not shown in the figures).
The first fastening means 3 consist of a drawbar 31 provided with a drawbar eye, which can be fitted to the desired position of the frame beam 311 either permanently or adjustably by means of a pin connection (not shown in the figures). The position of the drawbar 31 in the frame beam is determined by the dimensions of the corresponding devices of the tractor. In connection with the frame beam, there is a first transverse frame plate 34 at one end of the beam and a second transverse frame plate 32 in the middle stages of the frame beam 311. The frame plates 32 and 34 are connected at their ends by longitudinal frame plates 33 to form a circumferential structure. The longitudinal body plates extend beyond the circumferential structure to form rods having attachment members at their ends for attaching the support plates to the attachment members 133. The plates 32, 33 and 34 are supported by two oblique supports 36 placed inside the circumferential structure. At the ends of the transverse frame plate 32 there are lifting lugs 321 for the lifting arms of the tractor. In connection with the frame beam, there are several alternative lugs 312 for the pull arm of the tractor.
The second fastening means 4 consist of a vertical frame plate 41, which is - placed on the transverse beam 414. The body plate 41 is supported by a support structure comprising vertical triangular plates 411 and a horizontal support plate 4111 at the top of the body plate. On the front of the frame plate there are lower lugs 413 and an upper lug 412 for the front lifting devices or front boom of the tractor. The lugs 413 and 412 are placed on their separate bases 4131 and 4121, by means of which the fastening members of the bases they are fastened to the body plate 41. The body plate has several alternative fasteners. mating members 417 for the lower lug 413, such as holes for screw connections.
> At the ends of the transverse beam 414 there are fastening means, such as a pin and a lug 415, which E are fitted in the slot 4161 of the lower fastening members 416. On the horizontal support plate 2, ears 422 are arranged for the other end of the adjusting rod 42.
S 30 The adjusting rod 42 consists of a structure the length of which can be adjusted by locking N the plates which can move relative to each other at a desired distance. The first end of the control rod is attached to the upper mounting members 421.
The actuators 5 are arranged to move the widening vanes 2. The first end 51 of the actuator is fixed to the central body 1 and the second end 52 is fixed to the wing 2 by means of appropriate lugs. The extensions 6 are formed similarly to the main parts of the central body. For example, the 305 mm long extension piece consists of a curved chest plate 11 about 300 mm wide, which is supported at the rear by form-cut outermost support plates 13. The support plates 13 are located at the ends of the extension piece. The upper part of the support plates has cam-like projections 15 which curve inwards so that the breast plate 11 bent on the inner surface of the projections forms an upper guide 151 on the breast plate of the widening wing 2.
27. In this case, the cam-like upper part 271 of the breast plate 27 fits into this upper guide 151 and slides there on the slider pieces 272 of the breast plate 27. Arrangements 131 are provided in the support plates 13 for the actuators 5 and their wiring. Mounting holes are provided in the support plates 13 for the subassemblies to be connected
132. A space 142 is provided in the support plates for forming a guide 14, on the surfaces of which 142 a breast plate 11 is bent at its lower part to form a female guide 14. In front of the breast plate 11 there is a blade body 261 with a plow blade 26 attached to the bottom. at the same time, a space 142, in which a box-like guide 14 is formed. The body plate 261 also extends flush with the lower surfaces of the support plates 12 and 13 and is folded 90 degrees against the lower surfaces. The plow blade 26 is attached to the body plate 261 by a mounting plate 262 or other mounting members. The body plate 261 also has support guides 263 which support the widening wing 2. Slides 141 are provided on the inner walls of the guide 14.
N a 25 Mechanical connection methods are used to connect the snow plow subassemblies such as form-fitting joints and screw joints (not all details are shown in the figures). Mechanical joining methods and permanent joining methods, such as welding, are used in the structures of the subassemblies. 3 S 30 Snow plows can be made in several different versions by assembling them from a limited number of N subassemblies, e.g. as follows: e The central frame alone acts as a dozer blade, width 2400 mm e The central frame with fixed wings, the so-called grab model, width 2400 mme Middle frame, 2 pcs 305 mm extensions, with fixed wings (grab model), width 3000 mm e Middle frame with flared fixed wings (grab model), width 2400-4200 mm e Middle frame, 2 pcs with 305 mm extensions, flaps , width 3000-4800 extended with extension pieces (grab model) The above versions of the snow plows can be attached to the implement by means of either fixed or pivoting attachments. Since the same compatible connecting members (support plates 13 and connecting screw connections) are used in the joints of the subassemblies, for example, a fixed wing, a pivoting wing (not shown in the figures) or an expanding wing 2 can be installed in place of or as an extension of the extension piece 6. only to illustrate the present invention. In detail, the snow plow formed by the subassemblies according to the invention and its structure may vary within the scope of the inventive idea presented by the appended protection claims. It will be clear to a person skilled in the art that the dimensions and technical solutions of the invention may vary depending on the intended use. The embodiment of the invention may vary within the conditions of use, customer needs and production methods. O OF O
